50 Best Vegan Specials from the Venetian Resort’s Las Vegas Restaurant
The Venetian Resort is set to celebrate World Veganism Month in earnest with its 50 animal-free signature dishes. All of the culinary masterpieces use the highest quality plant-based alternatives.
David Chang – known as the owner of the Momofuku restaurant chain and a spokesperson for vegan culture – is now taking part in World Vegan Month celebrations at his restaurant Majordomo Meat & Fish at The Venetian Hotel. At the Asian-American restaurant, Chung is introducing new vegan options for a popular meal. For example, how about “Pasta with fermented chickpeas”? It sounds a bit crazy, but there’s absolutely no animal products.
The chef assures you that once you try this dish, you won’t be able to stop. After all, it’s the best version of fake cheese pasta you’ve ever had.
Other restaurants in the resort are also preparing to launch their menus. These include French restaurant Bouchon, BRERA Osteria, Truth & Tonic and New York-based Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer.
Vegan Culture on the Rise
In recent years, Las Vegas residents have gotten a lot more options for a variety of food. And now the trend is only continuing to grow with great success.
Vegans are often forgotten, but not this time!
