Rumors around vegan bars have been around for a long time, when it became known that Cadbury intended to release a new product in January this year, but the company did not have time to perfect the recipe.
And now, Cadbury is finally releasing its new product, the first vegan chocolate bar.
The product is expected to hit the market by the end of 2021. And starting next month, Cadbury Plant Bars will be available on supermarket shelves.
Cadbury’s plant-based chocolate bars are available in two versions: Dark Chocolate and Salted Caramel. To create the new bars, the company replaced the dairy product with natural almond paste.
Vegan chocolate is everywhere. The company is growing rapidly and is about to enter new markets, conquering more and more connoisseurs of vegan sweets.
Earlier this year, a vegan version of the iconic KitKat bar hit store shelves. Made with a combination of vegan chocolate and vegan waffle fingers, the new KitKat V was created by Nestlé’s research and development team.
