- 100g of dairy-free chocolate of your choice
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
For this recipe, you’ll need to chill your aquafaba in the fridge for at least 15 minutes prior to beginning your recipe. In a large bowl mix your aquafaba with electric beaters on high until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl add your chocolate and microwave until completely melted. Now add your melted chocolate to your beaten aquafaba and beat again. Then add your cocoa powder and beat until all in combined and a smooth consistency is reached.
