- ½ aquafaba ( this usually comes out to about 1 can of chickpeas )
- 100g of dairy-free chocolate of your choice
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
For this recipe, you’ll need to chill your aquafaba in the fridge for at least 15 minutes prior to beginning your recipe. In a large bowl mix it with electric beaters on high until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl add your chocolate and microwave until completely melted. Now add your melted chocolate to your beaten aquafaba and beat again. Then add your cocoa powder and beat until all in combined and a smooth consistency is reached. Set in a container of your choice and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before consuming.
All you’ll need is 150ml aquafaba and 75g of castor sugar.
Beat aquafaba until stiff peaks are formed and then slowly add your castor sugar, place the oven to 120C and cover with baking paper, then place your meringue mixture into little circles along with the tray and bake for 2 hours and then allow to cool for another 2 hours.
