  • 1 tsp brown sugar, the same amount of mustard, salt and black pepper, 
  • 2 tsp wheat flour of the first or highest grade. We mix these food products in one bowl, form small pies. 

They could be baked in the oven at a temperature of 180°C or fry in a frying pan on both sides under a lid in a small amount of vegetable oil. Baking Soda and Vinegar

This is the perfect combination to produce a fluffier pastry minus the egg. Just mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda with 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar, which is equivalent to one egg.

Aquafaba, or in Other Words “Bean Water”

Now do not be confused by this unusual name! Aquafaba is essentially a liquid you’ll find in canned legumes like beans and chickpeas. You can use the vegan alternative to eggs to cook/bake all kinds of things, including meringues, marshmallows, and mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon of aquafaba corresponds to one egg yolk; two tablespoons – one egg white and three tablespoons – one egg. 

Silky Tofu

In order to make tofu scrambled eggs, you need to mash it with a fork, add seasonings to taste (preferably those that you use in the process of cooking ordinary scrambled eggs), add vegetables if desired, and fry the mixture over high heat, stirring occasionally.
