The Best Recipe for Lovers of Tasty Vegan Drinks: Homemade Vegan Milkshake
Homemade milkshakes have long been popular among lovers of delicious treats. But what about a vegan smoothie without animal milk?
The demand for plant-based dairy products is growing, but this drink is sure to make your list of favorites. Minimum complexity and maximum taste!
What You’ll Need:
Favorite marshmallows in any flavor
1 vegan, plant-based ice cream
⅔ cup fresh almond milk
¼ cup dried, salted, or caramelized pecans (may be substituted for others)
Take 2-3 marshmallows and roast on a strong window for a few seconds(use a metal roasting skewer for convenience).
As soon as the marshmallows burn, remove from the heat immediately. Repeat this with the remaining marshmallows. Then set aside on a plate and let cool. (Watch out! This is very tasty.)
In a blender, combine the vegan ice cream and almond milk and blend until smooth. Try to do everything quickly so the ice cream doesn’t melt. Add more ice cream for a thicker smoothie and more almond milk for a more liquid smoothie consistency.
Add the pecans and all the toasted marshmallows (leave a few for decoration). Whisk in a blender for a few seconds.
Divide the smoothie between glasses or other containers. Cut toasted marshmallows in half and place on top of each glass as decoration and zest.
