Buying home brand and store brand versions is a good trick too and will defiantly save you a couple of pennies.

Buying fresh produce can be a bit tricky as we only want to get just the right amount in order to not waste and have in mind to check the expiry date before purchasing any product. Buying vegan frozen meals are a good ways to store and save on money a well as your time. Frozen fruits and vegetables are often cheaper than the fresh versions and are extremely convenient. They are picked when fresh and frozen right away giving you a “ready to eat” version. Things like frozen garlic, spinach, berries, and mixed vegetables are a perfect and cheap way to ensure your getting all your vitamins and minerals, try keeping a few of these stored in your freezer, they last a lifetime and are easy to add to one of your staple pantry ingredients to achieve a balanced meal in half the time.
