This easy tempeh marinade recipe will ideally be created the night before you are planning on cooking up your tempeh. The longer you allow your tempeh to marinate, the more flavor you will receive in every bite. If you are hoping to make this marinade the same day you are planning on cooking your tempeh, don’t worry. You will still enjoy the delicious taste even after marinating it for an hour or so. - 1 block tempeh
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ½ tsp black pepper
