But did you know you can make a delicious non-dairy ice-cream out of bananas? With just a few ingredients and a little bit of work, you can make a delicious creamy ice-cream at your home. Here are a few ice-cream recipes that will make you go bananas:

First of all – the base of the Ice cream is frozen bananas. You got to slice them first, and then put the slices in the freezer for at least 2 hours. The best thing to do is to slice them the day before and freeze them overnight.

Berry Ice-Cream

  • Take 2 frozen bananas and blend them until you get a smooth texture. If the bananas are not blending well, wait a few minutes until they get softer.
  • Add a third cup of frozen berries of your choice.
  • Add a little bit of maple syrup or any sweetener to your choice and blend again.
  • Pour the ice-cream into a bowl and top with frozen berries and chia seeds.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice-Cream

  • Take 2 frozen bananas and blend them until you get a smooth texture. If the bananas are not blending well, wait a few minutes until they get softer.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter.
  • Add half a tablespoon of organic cacao powder.
  • Add any sweetener to your choice and blend it all until you get a consistent smooth texture.
  • Pour the ice-cream to a bowl and top with vegan chocolate chips and roasted hazelnuts.

Vanilla Coconut Ice Cream

  • Add two tablespoons of coconut cream and blend again.
