- 1 1⁄4 cups white beans
- 1 cup oats
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 3⁄4 onion
- paprika powder
- herb mix
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp coconut oil
These are all the ingredients you need to form a delicious vegan sausage.
- First, blend the walnuts and oats until a flour consistency is formed
- Add all other ingredients to the flour and blend again until a paste Is formed
- Roll this paste into sausage shape of your choice
- Drop some oil in a pan and fry them for around 10 minutes
