An amazing way to make a dessert with tahini is to stuff dates with it and place them in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 3 hours. Once you try this snack you will never stop making this for yourself. Tahini is also a great way to take your salads to the next level. I personally love salads but find myself falling into the same routine of olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing. This can get repetitive and boring. Creating salad dressing with tahini brings your salads to the next level. The creamy richness this sauce adds will have you eating a salad for every meal. Finally, a friendly drizzle on top of roasted vegetables is a great way to add extra nutrients to your meal. For example, roasted broccoli with a drizzle of freshly squeezed lemon juice and a thick drizzle of tahini, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. All in all, tahini is truly just a versatile and amazing food.
